Illuminating Business Operations with Operational Process Intelligence

Big Processes are end-to-end business processes that support business operations and enable the business model of organizations. Big Processes span multiple systems in heterogeneous landscapes, generate large amounts of data, and involve people from multiple departments. A challenge of Big Processes is real-time visibility for line-of-business users, as these processes are not controlled by a single system. In this session, we show how we give customers end-to-end visibility and let them respond to business situations in real-time using SAP Operational Process Intelligence powered by SAP HANA.

He has worked at SAP for 13 years in different roles in Product Management, Solution Management and Development. Thomas has a degree from the University of Heidelberg, Germany in Linguistics, Computer Linguistics, English and German Philology.
